For creatorsYou keep 90%

Your audience already
listens to you.
Now they can finish.

You post, they cheer, and by week three most of them have stopped. Not because the advice was wrong — because nobody noticed when they disappeared. Run a challenge here and every person who joins gets four people who do.

What you earn

You keep 90% of every entry.

Entry is deliberately cheap, so the number who join is large. We take a 10% platform share and run the payments, the squads, the check-ins and the leaderboards.

200

joiners

One post to your own audience.

500

joiners

Run it monthly and it is a salary.

2,000

joiners

A large following, one challenge.

Your effort does not grow with the crowd. Two hundred joiners becomes forty private squads — but you sit inside all of them and write once. It posts to every squad at the same time, and the daily check-in prompts run themselves. Two thousand joiners is the same work as two hundred.

The mechanic

Not a leaderboard. An elimination game.

A leaderboard tells somebody they are losing, which is a reason to stop looking. Elimination makes today the only thing that matters.

J

Join before day one

Everybody starts together. No drifting in halfway.

C

Check in every day

Answer the day’s question honestly, before midnight.

M

Miss a day, you’re out

One missed check-in and you are eliminated. No second chances.

S

Survivors split the points

Everyone still standing shares the pot the quitters left behind.

The part that actually works

Small enough that one person going quiet is obvious.

Big communities fail because nobody notices when somebody disappears. So we do not build one. We build forty small ones.

200 → 40

Split into squads

Everyone who joins is put into a private group of five, matched at random.

5 → 2

People start falling

Every missed check-in eliminates somebody, and squads thin out at different rates.

Merged

Nobody finishes alone

A squad down to two is moved into another one, so the group always stays big enough to carry someone.

Live chat

For the run of the challenge only

The squad chat opens on day one and closes at the finish. Nothing to archive, nothing to moderate forever, and no dead group chat left behind.

You

Present in every squad

You are inside all forty rooms, not broadcasting from outside one. Write once and it lands everywhere — and the AI handles the daily rhythm so your own words are saved for when they matter.

Prizes

Points, meals and real cash.

Points

Worth one rupee each

Survivors split the pot. Points are spent inside the app on meals, food plans or personal training — so a reward is something they come back for.

On location

Show up and win on the spot

Some challenges happen at a real gym. Reserve a slot, do the reps in front of a judge, and the prize is paid the same day. Free to enter.

Food

A free meal for placing

Prizes lower down the board are meals, not cash — so somebody who has never bought anything ends the day having eaten the product.

Beyond challenges

The same account earns two other ways.

Challenges are the entry point. If your audience trusts you enough to join one, they trust you enough to eat what you recommend.

15%

Of every meal your audience orders

Recurring, for as long as they keep ordering. Share your code once; a person who signs up through it stays tagged to you.

90%

Of every nutrition plan you sell

If you coach as well as create, sell a proper programme. See the coaching side.
